How does Emvio's AI matching actually work? expand_more
Your resume and assessment results are scored against a role's requirements across technical proficiency, culture alignment, and leadership potential. Hiring teams see the same breakdown, plus a written rationale — nothing is scored invisibly. See our AI Transparency page for more.
I disagree with an automated decision. What can I do? expand_more
Open your Privacy & Data Center and select "Request Review." A member of the recruitment team will manually audit your case and respond within 5 business days.
How will I know when my interview is? expand_more
When you're selected for an interview, you'll receive an email with your interview link — there's nothing to schedule. The AI interview is available on-demand, so you can join whenever you're ready during the invitation window.
How does Emvio charge companies? expand_more
Emvio runs on a pay-per-hire model: a success fee (shown per-candidate on the Billing & Invoices page) is only generated once a candidate has completed onboarding and their start date is confirmed. There's no charge for sourcing or interviewing.
How do I delete my data? expand_more
From the Privacy & Data Center, select "Request Deletion." Your profile, assessment results, and interview recordings are purged within 30 days, per the DPDP Act. This action can't be undone.
